Celebrating 50 Years
The Cobbosseecontee Snowmobile Club is celebrating 50 years this season. We are still in the planning stages and have not yet determined a date for the event. Help us create an anniversary party filled with fun, laughter, and friendship. All are welcome to help plan our celebration and participate in the festivities. Former club members are especially sought after to share their stories of past club rides, old photos, and other memorabilia related to the sport of snowmobiling. Contact Dave Cogley 724-7041 or Charlene McFarland, 582-7239 for more information.
Volunteers are needed to help prepare trails for upcoming season. Extremely low turnout currently to perform all the needed maintenance, brush, bridge repair, etc. on our 27 miles of trail. Unless more volunteers pitched in to do their share, we will be forced to close a trail or two. These trails may be one of your main trails, if the trail is closed, the landowner has every right to close the trail and you will be trespassing and subject to fines.
Information signs which have a map of our trails have been posted at all major intersections & Welcome to West Gardiner signs with maps have been posted where neighboring trails connect to West Gardiner.
