2014-2015 Season
Trailwork to date:
- Bridge behind school has been reset as it washed downstream during heavy rains earlier this year.
- Monkey Lane has a reroute at the powerline area due to logging, use caution, watch for trucking, signage directing to temporary new trail.
- Rt. 34 from Primrose Lane to where it crosses the Neck Road that leads to the lake also has a reroute, follow the signs.
- Monkey Lane trail has been trimmed and straightened in some areas.
- Snow fence has been erected around the new CMP towers (off High St) to detour folks away from that area.
- Power line from clubhouse to Litchfield line has been cleared and bushhogged.
- Rt. 32R (Cold Stream area) - a good stretch of that has been widened by trimming and bushhogging and from Chet Meadow out to 32R alternate (old Plourde's field).
- 22 ft bridge decking completed on Rt. 32R (see photo above)
